Takeover talks stalled with the Matt Le Tisser-backed group, who were told they cannot appeal against the deduction.

			<description>Paul Ince has agreed a two-year deal to return to Milton Keynes Dons for a second spell as manager.



He succeeds Roberto Di Matteo, who has gone to West Bromwich Albion, one year after leaving the Dons to take charge at Premier League side Blackburn.



Rovers sacked Ince in December after he won only three times in 17 matches.

Manager Gunn sacked by Canaries



Norwich City have sacked manager Bryan Gunn after just seven months in charge at Carrow Road.



The 45-year-old was appointed caretaker boss in January after the departure of Glenn Roeder, before being named permanent manager in May.

			<description>League One side Hartlepool have signed goalkeeper Scott Flinders, following his release by Crystal Palace.



The 23-year-old last played for Palace in January 2008 but featured nine times last season during a loan spell at Scottish Premier League side Falkirk.



He started his career at Barnsley and has also had loan spells at Gillingham, Brighton, Yeovil and Blackpool.



Flinders is Pools' only experienced goalkeeper, following the release of both Arran Lee-Barrett and Jan Budtz.
