Ajax dominated PSV from start to finish. Suarez scored after great work on the wing by emanuelson and a success of passes, Ajax had something daft like 70% of the ball in the first half and missed several chances to extend the lead. PSV equalised after half time, but there was shirt pulling and even a headlock on oleguer which went unnoticed and led to lazovic being able to pick up the ball before passing across vermeers goal for affeley to tap home. After that there was a spell of a few minutes where PSV looked like they might go on to snatch it and a few challenges were flying in. A brilliant chip by gabri to suarez was nodded down to emanuelson who looked to shoot but deafly lifted the ball over the defender with the outside of his left foot before smashing a volley goalwards with his right which was saved but sulejmani was there to tap it in, ajax applied more and more pressure until poor defending left suarez with the ball in the box from a corner, he drilled it across the front of goal hitting pieters (who suarez had abused all game long) and going in. Ajax stomped on and a ball over the top was again greated by poor psv defending which allowed leonardo to burst through and put the ball home to wrap up the win, even had a chance in the dying seconds to make it 5. brilliant stuff
