England manager Fabio Capello is ready to experiment with his line-up for Sunday's match with Trinidad & Tobago.
The Italian coach revealed: "I have some idea to give some players a chance for the first time."
It could mean full debuts for Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart, West Ham striker Dean Ashton.
Aston Villa's Ashley Young and Gabriel Agbonlahor, Middlesbrough's David Wheater and Arsenal's Theo Walcott could also be given an opportunity.
Peterborough goalkeeper Joe Lewis, Everton defender Phil Jagielka, Blackburn left-back Stephen Warnock, Tottenham midfielder Tom Huddlestone and Aston Villa striker Agbonlahor are among the uncapped players in the squad.
Seven players involved in the Champions League final - including John Terry and Wayne Rooney - have stayed behind, and England have no new injury problems.

Less experienced members of England's squad have been working hard in training to ensure they are given a platform on which to perform by Capello in the absence of more established players.
Chelsea stars Terry, Ashley Cole, Frank Lampard and Joe Cole, plus Manchester United's Rooney, Owen Hargreaves and Wes Brown have all been left behind but United defender Rio Ferdinand has travelled.
Despite the expected injection of youth, 33-year-old David Beckham, who won his 101st cap on Wednesday, will face the Caribbean side at the Hasely Crawford Stadium.
And the former skipper has once again been handed the captaincy.
Steven Gerrard, Ferdinand and John Terry, have all been tried by Capello, who will make a permanent decision in time for England's next match against Czech Republic on 20 August.
Capello remains confident that Gerrard and Lampard, who played together for the first time under the Italian in midweek, can play in the same England team together.
But Lampard's absence from the Trinidad trip means the midfield pair will not play together in Port of Spain, giving Barry the chance to further enhance his claims for a regular start.
Trinidad and Tobago have included England-based players Kenwyne Jones, Stern John, Carlos Edwards, Dennis Lawrence and Clayton Ince in their squad.
