Favourite console?

What's your favourite games console?

Also I'm due to be getting a PS3 for my birthday in November but everyone I've asked seems to wonder for some reason why I'm not getting a 360. I say it's because i've had a PS2 for 5 years and I think it will be easier to get used to, or should I reconsider?

I have both, cos i play with mates on PS3 and solo on 360.
I'd probably say PS3, but it depends if you want Gears of War or Halo etc.

Is this a favourite console in general thread or something to help you cos ive done that bit but i will say my favourite console is definately the Nintendo 64

Xbox 360 without a doubt, people may bang on about PS3 online being free, but with Xbox live, its just a different class. Pisses all over PS3.

Better games, and better graphics.

Problem with PS3 online, it always cuts out, on Xbox i have never had that problem.

Except that the controller brakes all the time. A friend of mine has her's controllers' broken and she's only had it for a month

She has done it herself then, same as I have broken mine, my fault.

Nothign the PS3 can do is in the same league as Xbox.

PS3 is a load of utter shite, my mate regrets trading in his wii and 360 for one.
