| *UPDATE*
Saturday 1st November 2008 Chelmsford City 3-2 AFC Wimbledon
Chelmsford scored 3 first half goals and then in the second half we missed 2 very good chances, Sam Hatton hit the ball over the bar from a yard out which we didnt think would matter untill we pulled 2 goals back, 3 minutes of stoppage time and 1 and a half of those was spent with a fight on the pitch cos the ref was a being a dick all game and Chelmo players were falling on the floor like Italians. Was a great end to the game and a shame we couldnt pull back the third which wouldve been mental. You dont get more loyal than losing away from home in the pissing rain getting drenched still singing, would never get that in the Premiership.
Next up: Wycombe Wanderers (h) FA Cup first round proper, Monday 10th November 2008 k.o 19:45 *drool*

| Yeh it was, apart from the ref not letting the game flow at all, any touch of the football and it was a foul, whistle after whistle, hoof of a free kick after hoof of a free kick. So nervewracking in the end. | |

| The refs recently have just been terrible like no slide tackels which is just stupid its a mans game your supposed to be bale to tackle people hard, but at the moment it seems like you cant touch anyone. | |

| Well the rules seem to change everyday
Last night scum joey barton slapped an aston villa player and only got a yellow, drogba did it in the champions league and got sent off, refs dont no what their doing in any division.

| Its not that they dont know what they're doing. Its the fact theyre so inconsisitent with what they give as fouls and with their cards. | |

Agreed. It's the worst part about refs to be honest. If a player made a bad tackle/whatever and got sent off for it, you wouldn't mind if a player in a similar situation got sent off for the same offence. Likewise if a player only got given a yellow, or a free kick for it. The punishment should be consistent, and the fact that it isn't is what makes fans angry.

| *UPDATE*
AFC Wimbledon 1-4 Wycombe Wanderers
Great game, brilliant atmosphere, sloppy passes and concentration lapses let us fall 2 goals behind, then we scored to make it 2-1 and you could easily see a massive rise in confidence in the team then Wycombe delivered the sucker punch for 3-1, and then 4. But all i have to say is; there is nothing better than going mental on the terraces. Immense.

| I watched the game on setanta and you did play alright but your defence looked poor and the mistake for the first goal was just shocking. But it was a big crowd and it looked like a fun game to be at. | |
